1. Can i have a sample for test?

A:Of course, welcome order sample.

 

2. Do you offer free sample ?

A:Yes, we can offer free sample to you but you need to pay the shipping cost .

 

3. Can i have our logo or brand on the device or package?

A:Yes, you can add your logo or brand on the dproducts and package, But there are MOQ requirement,usually it is 1K.

 

4. I don't know how to design Logo & Packing, can you help me?

A:Yes, we have professional designer to help our client to design package and Logo.

 

5. What's the your MOQ of this item?

A:Sample is okay,but normally our MOQ is 1K for each SKU,but for initial orders,it is negotiable.

 

6. Can i mix order? 

A:Yes, mixed order is acceptable,such as different color or different model.

 

7. How about the time for sample,and lead time for mass production?

A:Usually sample is 3~15 days,the normal lead time for mass production is 45 days after receiving deposit and confirming the final samples and all details.
